Coordinate Measurement technology is the standard dimensional inspection on all components
manufactured at X-Cel. Qualified and competent inspectors check parts at various stages through the production process. PMI and Hardness checks are also conducted on material to make sure it conforms to standards. A comprehensive quality system fulfilling the requirements of OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001 along with the API 6A monogram license ensures that X-Cel’s quality system is robust to give assurances to customers on our overall quality performance.
