There is a Principal Consultant for every pillar in a customer team. While each project may not require the expertise in each of these categories, many times two or more are needed for accurate requirements gathering and project definition. XOR delivers projects in phases. Each phase has a set of clearly defined deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria that is directly tied to the business objective. Our teams will keep working until the success criteria is met. XOR does not bill the customer until the deliverable is approved and the success criteria has been signed off on. This reduces risk the customer and reduces the overall cost of the project.
