A New Round of MMA Excellence (and More) is in the Making Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. (formerly known as CannaGrow Holdings, Inc., OTCPink: CGRW), has rebranded itself and implemented a strategic shift in its core business to focus on sports and entertainment event marketing. Xtreme One Entertainment’s XFC Global subsidiary has acquired the licensing rights to the intellectual property, branding and media of Xtreme Fighting Championships (XFC), an early-mover and legacy mixed martial arts league. XFC has been in existence for nearly two decades and owns an extensive library spanning thousands of hours of fights across the globe and featuring some of MMA’s top fighters. Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. began developing premier mixed martial arts events under the XFC brand in the first quarter of 2024. A full slate of new and exciting Xtreme entertainment spanning combat sports, watersports and others is yet to come.
