xWAVES

xWAVES is a free-and-always-will-be community bringing together female founders and researchers affiliated with the world's top universities (Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Berkeley and Yale) with female investors globally. We run dedicated sub-groups (e.g. the female founder group with currently 200+ members) which serve as safe spaces to connect, learn and ask questions, and active overlap groups (e.g. founders x investors) for connection and exchange. We also run regular events as well as our #femalefounderofficehours, a programme in which our members can book one of our mentors for free advice on specific business-related questions. We're constantly growing our initiatives and membership base (our Whatsapp community is nearing 500 active members), so if you'd like to join, shoot us a message. Eligibility criteria: - female identifying - (formerly, many members are alumnae) matriculated (drop-outs welcome) or working as a post-doc at Oxford University, Cambridge University, Imperial College, Harvard, Stanford, Berkeley, MIT or Yale OR active female angel, VC or family office / LP investor globally (no school affiliation needed)
