We are a Raleigh, N.C. based organization that supports and facilitates cultural and language exchanges between U.S. based Arabic students and Palestine based English students.
Yallah Al-Quds is a student-facilitated, faculty-mentored initiative that aims to support language
learning and the acquisition of professional skills, to promote cultural exchange, and to build personal
connections. Through theme-centered online courses and virtual language-exchange groups, Yallah al-
Quds aims to promote ongoing Arabic and English language learning while fostering relationships
between Palestinian students and non-native speakers of Arabic worldwide.
Utilizing an anti-hierarchal approach, a corps of U.S. and Palestinian volunteer program facilitators aim to :
-Lead guided discussions about various historical and contemporary social
issues affecting the U.S. and Palestine respectively.
-Build professional language skills for program participants.
-Build personal and professional relationships.
