Youth Council U.S. Embassy Bern

The Youth Council is a project initiated by the Bern U.S. Embassy and led by the Public Affairs Section. The Youth Council was born out of a desire to work with young emerging leaders to tackle common challenges. The Youth Council aims to promote civic engagement among young people throughout Switzerland. The Youth Council enables young, innovative Swiss leaders to meet and exchange ideas with American and Swiss experts. Members design and implement youth-oriented projects funded by the Embassy, in the areas of diversity and inclusion, climate change, social networks and international relations.
