Youth Empowerment Consortium is a non-governmental organization registered in Ghana in 2017 as YEC GROUP INITIATIVE. YEC runs practical Youth Empowerment and Leadership Training programs within the seven spheres of influence in every society. From Governance and Political leadership to Entrepreneurship, Education, etc. Our Mission is to produce Youth Leaders who will be known for their responsibilities in action, integrity in character, compassion in outlook, and excellence in program and project execution.
