Our specific aims:
- Represent all Early Career Researchers (ECRs; <10y working experience) in the NVVI
- The voice of all ECRs in the NVVI and (y)EFIS
- Network: sharing of information and expertise, and to stimulate and mediate collaborative scientific effort
- Mentor Scheme
- Improve visibility of yNVVI members and their research
