Led by Galway native sisters, Rachel and Hannah Healy, Yoga Mara focuses on bringing balance and calm back into our hectic lives through yoga, mindfulness, good food and great company. The sisters shared passion of the rugged outdoors, yoga, good food and beautiful venues, convinced them to specialise in creating high end wellness experiences. Being proud West of Ireland women, they will be showcasing the stunning venues, hotels and locations around the West of Ireland in the process. Clients of Yoga Mara range from Corporates to Athletes to Hoteliers, to Zen Hens. There is no limitation to who can benefit from Yoga Mara, because we all can. Living in this modern, increasingly fast paced world, we are constantly ‘on’. Our minds are in overdrive and it’s not until we find stillness that we can truly connect back with our Self.
