Yoga with Cat

I set up Yoga with Cat as I am passionate about delivering impactful classes and programs that will increase your wellbeing and help you cope with life’s pressures. My mission is to enable you to become a driver not passenger of your body and mind with a combination of Yoga, Pilates & Mindfulness. I want to help you build core strength, develop physical and mental resilience and find balance in your life. Offerings: - Corporate classes and programs focusing on improving posture and managing stress. - Public classes in person and online. - Private classes at home studio or in the client's home. - Types: Hatha/Flow Yoga, gentle Yoga, Pilates, Yogalates, Yin Yoga, Relaxation, Mindfulness & Meditation. About: My name is Catherine, nicknamed Cat, which is appropriate as I love cats and they like a good stretch! Originally from France, I have been a proud Dubliner for 20+ years. My journey started 20 years ago when I went to a Yoga class in my gym. I noticed right away the benefits to my health as I became more aware of my breathing patterns, which helped me overcome a mild form of asthma. I spent over 15 years in the corporate world, having studied Business & Marketing, working in Finance, Consulting, and Sales. I saw the opportunity to train as a Yoga teacher as a path for self-improvement and to help others, so, in 2013, I started to train with the Yoga Training & Therapy Centre in Dublin. My love of Pilates came later, but I was so enthused by it (as it helps me with my posture for horse riding and complements my Yoga practice) that I also trained to become a teacher in 2018. After an interesting and busy career in the Corporate world, I started my self-employed journey and set up Yoga with Cat. I also use my business experience to work as a freelance consultant to help former employers and clients with their development strategy. Having both in my life gives me balance and fulfillment.
