Yogi Squad empowers students through mindfulness, movement, and literacy, equipping them with essential tools to manage stress, build resilience, and develop self-awareness. Our programs serve over 12,000 students annually through school partnerships, community outreach, and digital resources, ensuring access to mindfulness education for all. By collaborating with schools, community centers, and organizations like Near SouthSide and Funkytown Mindful Market, we provide free and accessible wellness programs across Fort Worth. Looking ahead, we aim to expand our reach through the Mindful Mobile, a wellness studio on wheels, bringing mindfulness and yoga directly to underserved communities. Our long-term vision is to integrate mindfulness education into everyday learning environments, fostering emotional well-being, focus, and positive mental health practices for students of all backgrounds.
