About Robert:
Robert is a Brooklyn-based personal fitness instructor and teacher with a varied background in strength and conditioning, flexibility, nutrition, and yoga. Over the years, he’s taught at the Park Slope Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the New York Road Runner’s Club, and the New York Times.
He holds certifications as a level 1 USA track and field coach, a level 1 Russian Kettlebell instructor, an Intrafitt coach, a NASM integrated flexibility practitioner, and an Ashtanga Yoga teacher.
Originally from Chicago, he attended DePauw University and New York University. When he’s not coming up with innovative ways to make exercise fun and exciting, he builds award-winning monster model dioramas.
