Your Functional Therapy (YFT) is an Occupational Therapy Business working out of Sydney that works predominately with NDIS participants. YFT provides the following services: Ongoing Therapy: - Paediatric clients (working on developmental delays, self-care, regulation and academic skills) - Mental health clients (to help increase independence with living skills and engagement within the community) - Disability (assisting clients with equipment trials, home modifications and skill development) Functional Assessments: - Functional assessment (For NDIS Reviews) - Paediatric assessment - Supported Independent Living assessment - Assistive Technology forms - Assistance with applying for home modifications
