Premier Orthodontics is a seven-practice orthodontic practice in the Phoenix, AZ area. Originally founded by brothers Dr. Dustin and Tyler Coles, Premier Orthodontics to date has now successfully treated over 15,000 patients with 5-star ratings at all seven of our locations. Premier Orthodontics donates over $600,000 of free orthodontic care each year through the Smiles Change Lives Foundation to Arizona children who are unable to afford treatment. They were awarded the "Gini Award" from the Smiles Change Lives Foundation in recognition of their dedication to helping children in Arizona receive orthodontic care.
