Powder coating of heat-sensitive (non-metal) construction materials for sustainable, circular, healthy and functional buildings. 'Yt' = Swedish for Surface. 'Lar' was the Roman deity that protected the home & its occupants. YTLAR is a new company, which is fully dedicated to becoming the leading player in Ultra Low-Bake ("ULB") powder coating for non-metallic, heat-sensitive substrates ("HSS"), such as drywall/plasterboard, MDF, particleboard, OSB, composite and fibre cement panels & components, that are being used as building & construction materials. We offer powder coated drywall/plasterboard panels that we integrate into our own branded (patented) system walls or also as separate panels for use in other system wall designs. We also offer to coat your panels as a service, from our first factory in the Netherlands. We formulate & produce our own ULB powder coatings to ensure optimal fit for each substrate & application. Together with partners in the value chain, we also design & assemble state-of-the-art (horizontal) application lines for high volume throughput that we offer to OEMs that are ready to scale-up powder coating in-house, with our help and under our license. The YTLAR founders and team members are leading experts in the fields of 1) Ultra Low Bake powder coating, 2) Powder application line design and 3) Building materials & distribution, with a long history in relevant industries.
