ZabBio is dedicated to developing monoclonal antibody-based products that address unmet needs in infectious diseases and reproductive health. To ensure access, ZabBio intends to produce products at scale and cost that meet the demands of large, cost-sensitive markets. The scientists at ZabBio have extensive experience in specialized fields that contribute to its scientific success. Specifically, the scientists at Zab ran the previous clinical trials of MB66 (IND # 122,010) and ZB06 (IND # 147,498), including drug manufacture, designing nonclinical studies, regulatory filings (Pre-INDs, INDs, and other submissions) and the planning and oversight of the Phase 1 trials. Many members of the core development team have worked together for 20 years on antibody discovery, engineering, and manufacture, as well as on the nonclinical and clinical trials of these.
