Since 2002 Zahavi Estates CC has been investing in and managing properties focusing primarily in the residential sector. Over the past 13 years Zahavi has built up a directly owned and managed portfolio of 12 buildings with 599 units occupied by over 1 800 residents. In addition to this Zahavi manages a further 7 buildings with 282 units occupied by close to 1 000 residents.
