Zeosilichem is improving and developing a new method to produce synthetic silica to drastically reduce consumed energy and the cost of equipment and products without damage to the environment. Synthetic silica is a critical chemical substance and it is an essential component for many industries such as paint and coating, tires and rubbers, electronic and semiconductors, glue, polymer, cement, catalyst, medicine, agriculture, and so on. The main costs of the production of synthetic silica can be categorized into three sections- energy costs, initial materials costs, and cost of environmental protection. In our method, we improve these sections for the production of synthetic silica with reducing energy costs, time, and initial materials and ensuring environmental protection.
