Zest : The Next Level

Zest: The Next Level is a strategic alliance between Mr. Arjun Mehta of Multicon Group & Mr.Vinit Baptist of Zest Fitness Studio. The alliance started in the year 2016 to open and operate fitness centres & Gymnasiums in Kolkata. On 14th December 2021 Zest: The Next Level (TNL) was launched. Providing a premium space in 50 Chowringhee Road, valet parking is one of its many services and is probably the only gymnasium in the city to sport the service. Spread over more than 6500 sq ft Zest - TNL is fully equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and machinery. Maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness are constant feedback from our clients and visitors alike. The amenities offered include Gym membership for clients as young as 7 years old, Nutrition and Pain Management Consultations, Personal Training, Muay Thai and Yoga. With an elite team of highly qualified Evidence-based Fitness coaches The Next Level has garnered a lot of traction both in mass media and social world. At TNL clients are assessed based on their physical abilities, mobility, strengths, weaknesses, etc. and this assessment works as a guideline for the expert trainers to frame individualized tailor-made programmes for each of them, in order to help them reach their desired goals safely and most effectively. Client education is paramount for its mission as they believe anyone who walks into TNL must be able to reap the benefits of their knowledge and experience of science behind fitness and nutrition.
