We are the association for people with centronuclear myopathies (CNM =ZNM in German) in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium. We represent 258 people in 92 families with CNM. CNM are very severe muscle conditions caused by mutations in the genes MTM1, RYR1, DNM2, SEPN1, TTN, BIN1
