ZONH, Zorg Optimalisatie Noord-Holland, ondersteunt eerstelijnszorgverleners in het verbeteren van de samenhang en het leggen van verbindingen rond zorg en welzijn van inwoners in Noord-Holland. ZONH concentreert zich op regionale en lokale ondersteuningsvragen. Daarnaast stimuleert ZONH samenwerking met andere regionale partners, zoals provincie, gemeenten, woningcorporaties en zorg- en welzijnsinstellingen.
