Zonitas is a medical technology start-up company that intends to operate in acute emergency medicine offering a Software as a Service (SaaS) pre-hospital communication platform that will transfer urgent and critical information between healthcare professionals. Its unique value proposition is to facilitate multiple healthcare professionals at different locations communicate and connect in real time enabling the transfer of relevant medical information, of an acutely unwell patient from a pre-hospital or community setting to a healthcare facility in a simplified and unified patient channel. This will simplify the process of communication when intervention times are vital by enabling pre-triage of patients, enhance pre-arrival capacity planning, alert stakeholders, facilitate early interventions and reduce “door to intervention time” by connecting healthcare when it matters most and improve patient outcomes.
