Özgörkey Holding A. Ş.

Born in 1924, Nevzat Özgörkey, one of Turkey's most prestigious and respectable entrepreneurs, established four Coca-Cola bottling plants in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions and two in Romania from 1967 up until the formation of Özgörkey Holding in 1997. He also co-founded Ege Biracılık, Anadolu Efes's first brewery in Turkey. In 1997, he formed Özgörkey Holding with his sons Cemal and Armağan Özgörkey. The company is now: *the shareholder of Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş.; *the major shareholder of Hollanda Etap International Bv being an investment trust; *the shareholder of Anadolu Etap Tarım ve Gıda Ürünleri San. Tic. A.Ş with Anadolu Group and Brazilian Cutrale Group on equal basis. Furthermore, the company is the sole owner of Etapak Printing and Packaging Industry and Commerce Inc., a solutions partner that is active in plastic, printing and packaging, as well as materials handling.
