EConstructor is a new generation of prefabricated monolithic frame buildings. We build using our own patented technology, which allows us to create objects for living, business and public use in a short time. Technology: A double steel frame is placed at a distance and filled with polystyrene concrete. The result is a high quality object with a number of advantages: Short implementation time. The facility can be completed within 3 months on a turnkey basis. Energy efficiency. 2 layers of the frame do not touch each other, so the formation of “cold bridges” is excluded. A 380 mm polystyrene concrete layer is as warm as a 1.5 meter brick wall. Durability. Our construction is able to withstand a 9-point earthquake and constant transportation. High level of fire safety. Steel frame (non-combustible material). Polystyrene concrete (flammability group G1): does not ignite and does not support combustion. High moisture resistance. The frame is made of steel with an anti-corrosion zinc coating with a density of 275 g/m². Polystyrene concrete is a moisture-resistant material: it does not sink in water and does not lose its strength and thermal insulation properties due to moisture.
