Bonded Units, Inc. (“Company”) builds on more than two decades of exhaustive research by polymer scientist Babak Abtahi, PhD, MSe, MBA, and (Polymer) Hons. Dr. Abtahi has accumulated a comprehensive portfolio of polymer formulas now available to the Company of which he is co-founder and VP of Research & Development. While Dr. Abtahi’s formulations cover a broad range of applications including dust suppression & soil stabilization, geopolymer concrete (including a noncombustible form), lightweight backfill for composite building panels, and biodegradable nanocomposites, the Companies initial focus is on: 1) Dust suppression & soil stabilization 2) Geopolymer concrete 3) Artificial aggregates from production wastes to create sustainable building materials & other products.
