Established in 1967, Uni-President Enterprises Corporation is the largest food production company in Taiwan as well as Asia and has a significant market share in dairy products, foods and snacks, and beverages.
Uni-President Enterprises Corp. established Uni-President China Holdings Ltd. in 1992. In Vietnam, Uni-President Group developed aquatic feed, flour, instant noodle and beverage businesses. In Philippines, in addition to establishing an instant noodle factory, the acquisition of Philippine Seven Corp. In Thailand, Uni-President Enterprises Corp. has established a beverage plant to produce juice and tea. In December 2018, we acquired 74.8% shares of South Korean food and beverage company "Woongjin Foods Co., Ltd.".
To gear up the growth engine for the 21st century, we implemented “One Core and Four Pillars” strategy that centered around “life brand", which was extended by “manufacturing and R&D”, “trade and distribution”, “experience and retail”, and “alliances and merger & acquisition”, to construct the Asian life brand service corridor with the aim of optimal organizational value in the long term, and achieve succession and continuous progression. In the future, we will optimize synergy through integration and resources sharing in order to expand globally and become a world-class food manufacturer.
