De Hoofdtrainer biedt erkende gedragsinterventies gericht op het vergroten van sociale en cognitieve vaardigheden. Wij trainen jongeren en jongvolwassenen die door een tekort aan vaardigheden vastlopen in hun ontwikkeling naar zelfstandigheid.
De Hoofdtrainer is de enige zorgaanbieder in het gehele Noorden van Nederland die de licentie heeft om uitvoering te geven aan de erkende gedragsinterventies Tact en Tools4U; doorgaans benoemd als agressie regulatie training en sociale en cognitieve vaardigheidstraining. Deze interventies vinden hun oorsprong in leerstraffen (geadviseerd door de Raad voor de Kinderbescherming en opgelegd door de Kinderrechter) en worden door De Hoofdtrainer ook in het vrijwillige kader aangeboden. Hierbij maken wij gebruik van de trainingsmodules aangevuld en afgewisseld met vormen van begeleiding, fysiek gecombineerde trainingen en ouderbegeleiding.
Onze trajecten worden op maat aangeboden, afgestemd op de (leer) behoeften van onze klanten. Onze jongeren laten gedragsproblemen zien op 1 of meerdere levensgebieden school, werk, thuis, sport, vrije tijd, vrienden, middelenmisbruik, financiën, seksualiteit etc. Vaak zien we gedragsproblemen gecombineerd met problemen in de opvoedsituatie.
