Team StraatGeluid biedt de volgende diensten:
-Jongerencoaching. Coachtrajecten zijn 1op1, gericht op de wensen van de jongere.
-Inloop Huiskamers. Groepsbegeleiding van jongeren in wijkcentrum, Huiskamer of out-door.
-Workshops. Competenties en vaardigheden ontwikkelen rond een bepaald thema.
-Advies op maat. Team StraatGeluid luistert naar de straat. Wat werkt wel en wat beslist niet?
-Dagbesteding/Reïntegratie. Een reïntegratietraject om jongeren terug naar school of werk te begeleiden.
-Ambulante begeleiding voor jongeren die vast lopen in hun ontwikkeling en support nodig hebben.
