HEB Global’s InterNational Legal and Policy Center (ILPC) is the department to help fight legal and policy challenges to advance the global economic development agenda for HEB Global and help least developed countries ( LDC) to achieve emerging development status and graduate them from the UNCTAD’s List. This entity will lead by our Multilateral Economic Development Commission and will leverage global economic agendas to create initiatives, request funding for projects, businesses and nonprofit institutions, and strengthen economic market reforms that address climate , socioeconomic, and political challenges .
