Nach dem Motto „Von Personalern – für Personaler“ hat Thomas Buck den HR-RoundTable ins Leben gerufen. Der HR-RoundTable wurde erstmalig 2004 in Hamburg veranstaltet und hat sich als bundesweites Netzwerk für Personalverantwortliche etabliert.
Der HR-RoundTable bietet die Möglichkeit aktuelle Themen des Personalmanagements anzuhören, selber zu referieren, sich mit Kollegen hierüber auszutauschen und das Know-how im Netzwerk branchenübergreifend zu erweitern. Von Personalern für Personaler ist ein wesentlicher Aspekt für die Teilnehmerzusammensetzung des HR-RoundTables, mit in der Regel 30 – 40 Teilnehmern. Die vielfältige Themenbandbreite reicht von Auslandseinsätzen bis zum Zeitmanagement. Der Vortrag der kostenfreien Veranstaltung dauert rund 60 Minuten, einschließlich einer Diskussions- und Fragerunde. Der Ausklang erfolgt bei einem „GET TOGETHER“ in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Der HR-RoundTable wird bundesweit in Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt a. M., Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, Braunschweig, München und Stuttgart angeboten.
