His technical skills and aptitude were further refined not just by the structures he built but also by the project delivery methods, services and business relationships. In 2015 Chris decided to obtain his professional CA B-General Contractors License to stand out among his peers and management. All this allows Chris and his small business the capacity to provide full-range service at every step from project conception, pre-construction to project completion and close-out.
HCI’s purpose is to build relationships by establishing ourself as a trusted & professional focusing on on client expectations. We started out as a builder first and will always hold true to that.
