I assist adults through Creative Arts Therapy and Holistic Counseling to go from feeling exhausted, frustrated and helpless, to confident, secure and balanced. About Tanya
Tanya has a bachelors degree in Business & IT and a Holistic Integrative Creative Arts Therapy Practioner Diploma. Her experiences of 15 years stems from a variety of industries from customer facing roles, human resources and in the health industry. Within the last 2 and a half years she assisted clients from the age of 18 to 60+ in regaining confidence, self-esteem and helping them gain balance in their life. Tanya has supported clients with mental health, physical health, depression, PTSD, anxiety, communication, mindfulness and general well-being.
