Kajaine Finance is a private real estate lender focusing on residential investment property. We offer short term financing on 1-4 family real estate, ground up spec construction loans on 1-4 family real estate and rehab (fix and flip) loans on 1-4 family and multi-family real estate.

Our short term bridge products are up to 36 months interest only and we can finance as much as 75% of the value of the property.
