L’impero Sol was incorporated in 2019 as a special purpose vehicle to hold and purchase investment properties within Yorkshire and the Humber region.
We purchased 17 properties throughout the pandemic alone, proving the importance of a solid investment strategy.
We now outsource the day-to-day management of our portfolio to a local letting agency, allowing us to spend time scaling the business, building our network, and searching for new and exciting investment opportunities.
