Metamorphosis was founded in 2011. Our CEO/Founder, Renee Crews, has a national speaking presence and is passionate about helping others to communicate effectively. She did not come to this career lightly. As someone who lost her voice and felt helpless, she has overcome obstacles and thrives on motivating others. She is the Immediate Past President of the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce. Renee was awarded "Area Governor of the Year" by Toastmasters International in 2014 for the Chicago Metro Area. Her wheelhouse is speaking about communications and how, when done correctly, effective communications can increase anyone's bottom line.
Since beginning her business, her husband, Roy Crews has now joined her successful team as Vice President. Due to his expertise, Sanitation, Food Safety, Workplace Safety Organizational Management have been added to the list of offerings. Roy has an extensive background in commercial sanitation and manufacturing. He has experience with IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and accreditation of CIMS (Cleaning Industry Management Standard) through ISSA (International Sanitary Supply Association). He was also part of the cleanup crew for hurricane Ike in Houston, TX.
