Unsere Produkte befeuern eine neue maritime Industrie und schaffen eine positive Alternativen zur Fischerei, von der alle Leben können.
Unsere ersten Produkte: Vielfältige Meeresalate – drei Feinkostsalate im Glas aus europäischen Algenarten und regionalem Biogemüse. Dabei knüpfen wir an beliebte Geschmacksrichtungen an: Meeressalat Graved Style mit fruchtig-süßer Senf-Dill-Soße; Koreanischer Meeressalat mit scharfem Ingwer und viel Umami, angelehnt an den beliebten Wakamesalat; und unseren Mediterranen Meeressalat der an Sommernächte in Italien erinnert.
