PEER 毅恒挚友全称“北京毅恒挚友大学生志愿服务促进中心”， 是致力于促进中国城乡教育公平、改善中国欠发达地区教育资源、并发展博雅、人文与素质教育的非营利组织。
PEER 于 2007 年成立，2011 年于友成企业家扶贫基金会设立专项基金，2015 年于北京市民政局正式注册为民办非企业单位。
截至 2016 年8 月，PEER 在湖南、贵州、陕西、甘肃、广西和湖北的 17 所初高中累计举行50 次暑期项目、7 次冬季项目、4 次专题项目，直接服务学生超过 3500 人次，挚愿者近 900 人次。自 2015 年起，PEER 毅恒挚友在湖南的五所中学设立了多媒体社区中心“PEER 空间”，与学校共同致力于最前沿的人文素质教育实验，辐射受益教师及学生近万人次。在这里，图书、可移动桌椅、多媒体设备和一到两名驻地支持学校教育创新的长期挚行者组成了学生温馨的成长空间。
PEER的使命是让每一名中国欠发达地区的青年人有机会选择优质的人文素质教育。
PEER的愿景是希望中国所有的学生都能获得应有的教育，开发自身的潜力，了解社区的需求，共创中国的未来。
