PunchOut! is a beginner's boxing technique and fitness class, currently meeting on a weekly basis in Oval, South London.
PunchOut! classes are also available to companies in Central London who are looking to extend their employee physical wellbeing offering. Whether that's a fortnightly/monthly session in a nearby park after work, or an hour in your own on-site gym/studio space before breakfast. Sessions are hard work whilst being accessible to all ages and fitness levels.
