Sadly, I've experienced every single one of those examples and the result was horrible. To say that I've experienced dread, anxiety, stress and feelings of being overwhelmed due to the daily madness and ridiculousness of dysfunctional and toxic workplaces is putting it lightly. My self-esteem and confidence took a hit and I was stuck in a cycle of fight, flight, freeze, it was awful. I fought and clawed my way out and learned much along the way that I want to pass on to you so you can be successful, thrive and reap the benefits of in your daily life.
