A self-confessed juniper junkie, Caroline always has time for a dry martini and is keen to share what she has learned to help readers enjoy a better drinking experience.

Caroline has developed relationships with distillers and bartenders across Australia and the United Kingdom. She has been named to the Australian Bartenders magazine’s Top 100 Most Influential list, was a speaker at Top Shelf Festival 2015 and is a regular presenter at Melbourne’s Laneway Learning events. She recently featured in ABC Landline's documentary 'Gin Sling' about the growing Australian Gin Industry.
