Designed and constructed an 8m x 3m tiny home for the West Coast of New Zealand, engineered to withstand tropical storms and gale-force winds. I outsourced specialized labour and sourced local materials for visual pieces. The home integrates a solar energy system, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient appliances, ensuring sustainable living on a self-sufficient plot.

Engineered and constructed three bespoke tiny homes (10m x 3m) in accordance with client specifications and manufacturing standards. Each unit was designed to endure cold climate conditions (down to -10ºC), optimize interior storage capacity, enhance functional living space, and reduce energy consumption.

Montana Alpine Guides is a premier guide service in rock climbing, ice climbing, mountaineering and backpacking trips. With decades of experience, PNA is known for their accomplished project management team which I have had the pleasure of being mentored for the past two summers. Some responsibilities include: • Coordinating scope of work and quote revisions with subcontractors during design assist phase • Estimated and tendered a tower revision based off of geometric and show piece changes by owner • Facilitated delivery and installation plan for final units based off real time logistical changes • Developed warranty documents with subcontractors and building developer for project close out • Participated in high level management meetings with general contractor, developer and owner
