When I worked at La Fina, I worked on the floor as a buster. In this position, I was assigned to areas and servers where I assisted them throughout the night in dinner service. Some of my responsibilities involved greeting customers at their tables, replenishing their bread and water, and clearing the table to move onto the next course. Ultimately, my responsibilities were in place to provide the customers with the most enjoyable and relaxing time while out to dinner.
