Deploy wireless networks and network firewalls. - Complete and maintain accurate and detailed ticketing through KASEYA, including requests for technical assistance and required support on client systems. These include system updates and maintenance, break/fix etc., as well as recording the date of completion. - Communicate with my team to ensure all information on clients is up-to-date and collaborating on creative solutions.-Deploy and manage Active Directory environments on Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2022 and SBS 2011. -Configure and maintain Virtual environments within HyperV and ESX for multiple clients. Setup and configure Veeam and ACRONIS backup to ensure data redundancy. -Setup and maintain disaster recovery plans for multiple clients with offsite storage.
