I was responsible for overseeing the re-implementation of in-person club activities during the Fall '21 semester. I worked closely with the executive board to ensure that the transition back to campus went as smoothly as possible. During re-implementation, I created criteria for new members, conducted or oversaw 40+ interviews, and evaluated 100+ applicants. During this time I also worked closely with the executive board to allocate funds for marketing and the purchase of new film equipment for club members. I assisted with re-formatting the club's development program to accommodate new members by reducing lecture time, providing on-site training, and assisting with group-led projects. I also led the executive board in designing and running general meetings. By the end of the semester our club saw 100%+ membership growth, a successful re-implementation of in-person activities alongside new programs, and we successfully held two student-film premieres for the campus community.

I assisted project managers in multiple investigations by researching potential violations of election law, creating spreadsheets of campaign fund usage, checking required documentation, and compiling and cross-referencing expenditure reports. I learned to quickly compile and format results and developed a keen eye for discrepancies.

I designed a large-n Qualtrics survey to assess consumer response to particular California policy in order to evaluate the policy's effectiveness and sustainability. I used Excel to analyze quantitative results and create informational graphics. I presented my findings on an informational poster to a panel of experts.

I helped track client progress by organizing data and helped recruit new clients by contacting 40+ organizations and flyering on a weekly basis. I also reviewed drafts of sleep manuals and helped create educational charts for clients.

I guided students through analysis of philosophy texts, evaluation of exam performance, and formulation of final essays. Many of my students saw improved academic performance across multiple semesters of study.
