Over the course of 3 quarters, I have grown a lot as a person and a professional. Sales was a complete novice thing for me. It is also amazing to influencing candidates' decision making by sharing our value proposition, creating recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates, collaborating with internal and external networks to facilitate referrals by contacting past applicants for new job opportunities, logging candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and identifying future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires by measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics.
