I transitioned from serving as Marine Colonel after 26 years of honest and faithful service to our great Nation. I have over thirty years of executive leadership experience, a Masters Degree, and certifications in Public-Private Partnerships [Harvard University JFK School of Government], Logistics & Technology [University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler School of Business], Senior Executive Development [OPM Federal Executive Institute], and Anti-terrorism Force Protection [DoD Joint Staff], as well as an executive business specialty in infrastructure and financial portfolio management. I am the President of Reed Charters, LLC a SDVOSB, providing National security strategy, applying strategic planning solutions to government infrastructure challenges, developing executive leadership, and assessing military service-level training. My most valuable resource is leadership; charting courses in a cooperative teamwork environment, to navigate needed change and arrive efficiently at the strategic destination.I am proud to serve on the Marine Corps Association and Foundation Board of Directors and Board of Governors as the Governance Committee Chairman. I am also proud to serve as the Chairman of the Young Marines National Foundation Board of Trustees.
