• As a Projects Manager and the Authorized representative of the Subcontractor, played an important role in the successful execution of SWCC's Mega- Projects that had an overall value of SR 1 Billion+. Managed all operations and affairs of the assigned Scope in more than 4 Sites situated in different cities. Scopes included Civil, Finishing, Doors & Windows Works as well as heavy lifting operations. Ensured above 25% profitability in overall execution while protected against any liability for Company by negotiating no penalty clause. Led the company to profit during the business stricken years of Covid-19.• Undertook with full responsibility all Management tasks including the negotiation & management of Contracts & Addendum, Project Planning & Scheduling, resource assigning, technical supervision, invoicing, correspondences as well as all other technical, legal and financial affairs. Ensured 100% compliance with the procedural obligations of the contracts and delivered works within Project Schedule.• As the main representative of the Claimant in the Arbitration court, initiated, contested and won the monumental Legal Case with a financial award of approx. SR 5 Million. Produced over 500 pages of self-written text and studied/organized 1000s of pages in evidence to ensure the award recovered all legal & arbitration fees, contractual remains that were unlawfully retained by the Client and additional claims that were earlier disputed by Client.o When contesting & petitioning, undertook the tasks & responsibilities that included preparation of case claims & summaries, drafting & filing of claims/petition/evidence in-detail, studying & responding to the Technical Expert's Report and answering the Tribunal.o When defending against the defendant in Court, undertook the responsibility & tasks that included studying & analysing the submission/counter-claims of defendant, drafting & presenting defense/refusal/rebuttals in-detail on defendant's evidence and submissions.

• Managed all resources including Workforce of over 400 persons to deliver projects valuing more than SR 80 Million within time, including early handovers that enabled Client to earn revenue of Multi-Millions nearly 1 year before contract deadline. Achieved a 20% Profit and an increase in assets by value of SR 4 Million.• Directed the project team to successfully prepare, submit, negotiate & sign Addendum legalising Change/Additional work orders worth over SR 15 Million, more than 25% of original contract value. Led the study, quantity surveying, preparation and submission of Civil, Architecture and MEP Variation Order packages.• Ensured 100% protection against delay penalty, by obtaining time extensions through reporting to Client all delays & obstacles having time/cost implications. Achieved this by routine submission of detailed Project Schedules, Monthly Progress reports and correspondence. • Successfully established & filed loss claims for over-run activities & overhead losses to the Client for compensatory amounts surpassing SR 1.25 Million. Achieved by establishing claims through cyclical reporting of monthly Budgeted vs. Actual schedules of revenues and losses, progress S-curves, Cash flows, Histograms and Critical path analysis reports.• Provided overall Leadership in handling the Consultant on all Technical matters including writing/responding to correspondence, supervising RFIs & IRs, signing off reports/drawings, reporting on contract compliance, attending meetings and site visitations. Directed Preliminary and Final Handing over of Project, including Close-out procedures & documentations.• In commercial management side of the project dealt with Consultant & Client by undertaking the tasks of finalising all invoices, negotiating change orders & addendum, claims and settlements. Internally ensured 0% variations by handling all matters pertaining to the sub-contractor including, drawing/negotiation of contracts and handling of claims & settlements.

• Managed design & construction of entire Structure in an ultra-efficient method to save 40% profit in Concrete Works. Led the In-house Design team by taking full responsibility of all issues related to Structure Design of the Projects including re-designing and inspection of design. Coordinated with Design & production Teams of Post-Tension Frames as well as Precast Elements supplier to achieve an economical built Structure.• Achieved a saving of SR 6 Million+ for the Contractor, 10% of Contract Value, by enacting the successful removal of Piles from the L.S Contract through a signed Addendum. Proved to Client through coordination with Geotechnical Consultancy that by soil re-strengthening and increasing the raft thickness, sufficient soil bearing capacity can be achieved to sustain the counter-load of the structure. Led the re-design of raft foundation after studying the Column loads & base pressures on Raft.• Attained benefit of SR 500,000 by technically & commercially evaluating Consultant's remarks prior to producing a technical report proving their proposal is over-designed. Used Value Engineering and Cost analysis for compensation by reduction in specification, to then negotiate with consultant a compromise of reducing construction height of top floor.• Enacted signing of Change orders of over SR 1 million in value through Analysis of Consultant's Structure Designs to identify factor of over-design in reinforcement and section sizes of R.C.C elements as well impact on material consumption and overall cost.• Achieved a SR 1 Million variation order that had 50% mark-up, by proving to Client that Basement height does not meet minimum standard through showing cross-sections that reflected MEP utilities in-coordination with the structural framing of Basement ceiling.• Performed Axial & Moment Capacity checks of Existing Columns as well as designing of R.C Frames, Slabs and beams incl. preparation of Structural Loads, Analysis and reinforcement schedules.

• Helped reduce work inefficiencies by enforcing a strict yet traceable system for coordinating, monitoring and reporting the daily activities of site staff and progress of site works to the Project management, against the Project Schedule. Assisted in reporting and resolving any potential problems and delays found during routine inspection of site works. Prepared & filed Official Meeting Minutes at conclusion of each Consultant or Client meeting.• Ensured 100% success rate of continuity in execution of scheduled works on site by assisting the Project management in Overseeing the timely preparation/submission of Shop Drawings to Consultant, handling of Consultant's RFI's within the agreed timeframe, attentively reporting the concerns of sub-contractors concerns and supplier schedules.• Successfully helped the Tendering & Procurement Department in winning 50% of the Contracts tendered for, by performing Quantity Surveying of Civil & Architecture Scope for analysis of quantity comparisons between BOQ & Contract Drawings. Also by helping in cost estimation of items through obtaining quotations for materials and labors from the Industry. By studying the overall Tender Documents to ensure package is complete in design and required information, while reporting to Senior Estimators those designs & information that are missing. • At 0% Cost to the Disabled Children's Association, helped fulfill the vision of our Company Director to assist them in their project of re-furbishing of the entire facility, by submitting a technical report with 3D designs after having conducted site investigation, to inform DCA in-detail of all the repairs & renovations that are required.
