I can build external partnerships that produce participation and sponsorship and I work with the team on a continuous basis to guarantee successful completion. When complex projects require improved management or there is an urgent need to meet funding deadlines, this can provoke anxiety for the team. I can alleviate these pressures through my leadership. I am also happy to give pro bono help to college students, who need help writing or editing their theses and more.• I can help departments and collaborating institutions work together, establish mutual goals, help people stay on task and deadline, develop work plans and budgets for new projects. • I can bring new partners to the table.• I always assess the results of my work and will make changes as the passage of time necessitates an effective response to new needs. • I write articles and magazines that bring to life the dynamic work of academic research and public health practice.• I develop grant proposals.
