Current• Support launch of luxury resort, implementing communication systems and ensuring seamless guest service.• Resolve payment discrepancies, enhancing guest satisfaction and streamlining financial transactions• Operate and maintain PBX systems to ensure smooth and efficient call routing, minimizing downtime and maximizing connectivity• Monitor call traffic and adjust settings to manage high call volumes effectively, enhancing overall communication efficiency• Provide technical support for troubleshooting PBX issues, coordinating with IT teams to resolve problems and maintain system integrity• Create and update call logs and reports, analyzing data to improve call handling processes and identify areas for system optimization
