I played a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires across our US and Global locations, while also driving initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace culture. My scope included facilitating seamless onboarding processes for new hires, including coordinating background checks, communicating essential information, and scheduling introductory meetings, resulting in enhanced employee satisfaction and retention. Collaborating with IT to ensure timely shipment of laptops and necessary equipment for new hires, streamlining the onboarding process and minimizing disruptions. Leading new hire orientation sessions and coordinating onboarding surveys, providing valuable insights to inform ongoing improvements in our onboarding procedures. Managing payroll information and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering trust and transparency within the organization. Created procedures to ensure proper recruitment, advisement, program planning, and on boarding for 600 students a year. Execute and improve student-focused events including four graduation ceremonies, three orientation sessions, and two stethoscope ceremonies per year. Analyze statistical data to enhance recruitment and effectiveness of RN-BSN and ABSN programs. Initiate, coordinate, and submit annual reporting data for the University, SC Board of Nursing, and accrediting bodies. Assisted in course content audits to bring NCLEX-RN pass rates towards 99% in 2020. Audited the College’s website to ensure ADA compliance and created necessary back-end adjustments.

Planned and facilitated a weekly academic support class for students while abroad, planned cultural excursions, managed a budget of $18,000, and liaised with the partner institution, University of British Columbia Okanagan to represent the institutional interests of the College of Charleston. Managed content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter on a weekly basis. Facilitated the transition of 80 at-risk students to campus. Reviewed 200 first-year applications for future students. Recruited students to the program through facilitating recruitment events.
